The Hungarian-Missouri Educational Partnership is a not-for-profit corporation governed by a Board consisting of community leaders and academic representatives from each participating school in the State of Missouri.

Participating Institutions
The participating Missouri Universities working together with Universities throughout Hungary will seek to identify outstanding student scholars for selection into the program.

Scholarships
The scholarship program is designed to allow the tailoring of education and internships to best match the needs of the students, sponsors and the institutions. Scholarship grants will provide for tuition, travel, and housing to the student scholars while pursuing their graduate degrees at the participating universities.

  • The fund will seek internship sponsors for students to gain practical experience in their field of study.
  • The fund will also support faculty exchange between the respective universities.

Scholarship grants shall be determined by the Board and may vary from partial funding to full tuition, travel and housing. Application for the Hungarian-Missouri Scholarship Program should be submitted with the endorsement and recommendation of the participating Hungarian university.

Our Board
We are committed to the mission and goals of the Hungarian-Missouri Educational Partnership (HMEP). The Board represents a unique partnership between our academic institutions and civic leaders. The Board provides leadership for HMEP and through their respective universities administer the admission, support, and educational programs.
